  • Child Sexual Exploitation Material (CSEM) โ€” any content that sexually exploits or endangers a child
  • Grooming behavior โ€” any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation
  • Solicitation of minors โ€” requesting sexual content or contact from anyone under 18 years of age
  • Trafficking of minors โ€” any content that facilitates or promotes the trafficking of children
  • Non-consensual sharing of intimate images involving minors
  • Any content that normalizes, glorifies, or promotes sexual activity involving minors
  • Sharing personal information of minors without parental consent for exploitative purposes

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement immediately. In the United States, you can also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline. In the UK, report to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).

โšก Response Time: Our Trust & Safety team reviews all CSAE reports within 24 hours. Confirmed CSAE content is removed immediately and reported to the relevant national authorities and NCMEC as required by law.

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Singseller cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities worldwide in investigations involving child safety. We:

  • Comply with all lawful requests from law enforcement agencies for information related to CSAE investigations
  • Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. ยง 2258A)

6. Age Requirements and Minor Protections

Singseller requires all users to be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 years of age are considered minors and receive additional protections on our platform:

  • Minors cannot access adult-only content or features
  • Minors' profiles have enhanced privacy settings by default
  • Direct messaging from unknown adults to minors is restricted
  • Minors cannot participate in monetization features without verified parental consent
  • Content featuring minors must comply with strict guidelines and cannot be of a sexual nature under any circumstances
  • We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information from users under 13
