Terms and Conditions

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable laws.
• You may only create one (1) account on Singseller.
• Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination.
• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the platform.

Singseller operates a dual-wallet system:

• All deposits are processed via Google Play Billing or Apple App Store Billing.
• By making a deposit, you agree to comply with the respective payment system's terms and conditions.
• Singseller is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by these gateways.
• All transactions are recorded and may be reviewed for fraud prevention purposes.
• Prices and fees are displayed in Euros (€) and may be subject to local taxes depending on your jurisdiction.

• Minimum withdrawal threshold is €100 and withdrawals are only processed on the 1st of each month.
• Withdrawal requests may take up to 30 days or more, especially in cases of banking delays.
• Singseller is not liable for delays caused by financial institutions.
• Singseller reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud or policy violations.
• Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of the request.

Users agree not to:

• Conduct or attempt offline transactions with other users outside the platform.
• Use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
• Circumvent platform fees or systems.
• Upload, share, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable law.
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or any form of unsolicited communication.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.
• Impersonate another user, Singseller staff, or any third party.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
• Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
• Singseller reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or harmful activities.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at support@singseller.com.

• Users retain ownership of the content they upload.
• By uploading content, you grant Singseller a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for platform operations.
• You must ensure that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• Singseller reserves the right to remove content that violates IP laws or these Terms without prior notice.
• All Singseller branding, logos, software, and platform design are the exclusive property of Singseller and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Singseller reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• The user will lose access to their account.
• The user will not be able to access funds in both the Deposit and Earnings wallets.
• Any remaining funds may be forfeited.
• Content uploaded by the user may be removed from the platform.

You may also request account deletion by contacting support@singseller.com. Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Singseller is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from use of the platform
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Payment processing issues caused by third-party gateways
• User disputes or transactions between users
• Loss of data or content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Singseller's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The arbitration shall take place in Enugu, Nigeria, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
